We want you to be 100% happy with your festive gear, so if your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for easy returns and exchanges. Please ensure items are unworn and still have their original tags attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging or a secure mailing bag, ensuring all SillySanta tags are still securely attached.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and tape it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at the nearest authorized shipping point; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
